Ayushman Bharat Yojana is a healthcare program launched on 25th.September’18. The aim is to provide health-related service to make India disease free country. Technically it is running on two goals, one is to create a network of health and wellness infrastructure and another is to provide insurance cover to as maximum people as possible. Its agenda is to provide annual health cover of up to Rs. 5lakh to 10 crore families. The plan looks like a big health financial scheme.
The Prime Minister has announced that our plan is to put equal focus on poor to middle class to upper-middle-class families. Though the scheme is benefitting to poor families, & in coming days it will surely give advantages to other family backgrounds. The scheme will benefit other class by offering tier 2 & tier 3 jobs in medical sectors.

The scheme is targeting poor, deprived rural and identified the occupational category of urban workers families. According to SECC 2011 record, there are some 2.33 urban and 8.03 rural families who are entitled to cover under this scheme.
