A precondition is that your UAN number is integrated with your KYC details such as bank account, Aadhaar or PAN. If you are unable to do this, you can take the help of your employer to do this.

Once you install the app from Google Play Store, you can find the EPFO option from the app’s home page under the head “Employee Centric Services” option.
